    The industrials investor American Industrial Partners announced that it has acquired most of AGCO's Grain & Protein division, which offers mission-critical solutions for agribusinesses to improve their products' quality and yields. The division makes and sells equipment and systems for grain storage, seed processing and protein production of mainly poultry, swine and egg.
